33bmn Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of the 33bmn Platform, whether as a registered member or a guest browsing the site. Certain services within the Platform may have separate rules that will be considered supplementary to these Terms. In case of any conflict, the rules specific to that service will take precedence.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are drafted in Bengali. Even if a translation exists in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final. The word "you" or "user" in this document refers to any person using the 33bmn Platform. The words "we", "our", or "33bmn" refer to the authority operating the Platform.

1.3 Effective Date

These Terms take effect from the date of your first use of the Platform and remain in force for as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after a revised version is published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age Limit

To open an account on the 33bmn Platform and access any service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. We may request age verification at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The user acknowledges that it is entirely their own responsibility to verify whether using online betting services from their location is lawful. 33bmn does not provide legal advice in any jurisdiction and is not responsible for changes in local laws.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be confiscated.

3.1 Registration Information

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following details may be required:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Details of preferred payment method

Providing false information may result in account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 33bmn support team immediately. 33bmn is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

33bmn may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time for security purposes. You may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other documents during this process. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are generally credited to the account immediately. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, it is automatically verified through the payment gateway. Deposits above a certain amount may require additional verification. Any attempt to make a deposit through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Funds are usually returned via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if there is an active bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳16,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Terms of Promotional Offers

33bmn may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description. There must be no active bonus on the account to claim a bonus. 33bmn reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus benefits (such as using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or coordinated bonus hunting) will result in permanent closure of the relevant account and all associated accounts, and all balances will be forfeited.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be withdrawn. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet. For bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error, the 33bmn support team must be contacted.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with 33bmn's specific policy. Generally, the stake for a cancelled event is returned to the user's account, though a different policy may apply in certain circumstances.

6.3 Live Betting

In live betting, odds are subject to change and there may be a difference between a user's bet confirmation and the actual settlement. If a "Bet Not Accepted" message is displayed, the relevant bet will not count and no funds will be deducted from the account.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A limit may apply on a single bet or on total winnings within a specific time period. This limit may vary across different services and markets and will be displayed in the relevant section.

7.1 General Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating an account in a fraudulent manner or providing false information
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the Platform
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account
• Placing bets or conducting fund transactions on behalf of a third party's account
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the 33bmn Platform

7.2 Collusion Betting Prohibition

Placing bets in coordination with multiple users on the same event for the purpose of exploiting bonus funds (collusion betting) is strictly prohibited. If such a pattern is detected, all associated accounts will be subject to investigation.

8.1 Closure by 33bmn

33bmn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of a breach of the Terms, 33bmn also reserves the right to take legal action in addition to closing the account.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any balance remaining at the time of the request will be returned once verification is complete and there are no active wagering requirements. To close your account, please contact the 33bmn support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

33bmn follows its own policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be communicated in the relevant notice.

9.1 Service Availability

The 33bmn Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 33bmn is not responsible if the service becomes temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or any other reason. We always strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but this cannot be guaranteed.

9.2 Third-Party Software

The 33bmn Platform contains content provided by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). 33bmn's liability for errors in this third-party software is limited. The terms of third-party services may also apply.

9.3 Liability for Financial Loss

The full risk of financial loss from betting and gaming lies with the user. 33bmn is not liable for any financial loss arising from betting or gaming. The user acknowledges that they are using the Platform voluntarily and with consideration of their own financial situation.

10.1 Data Collection & Use
